Service Technician/Maintenance Technician Stockholm
We are now looking for a customer-focused service technician/maintenance technician for professional laundry equipment at our service station in Stockholm. We prioritize customer interaction and providing excellent service, and we are proud to be the face of Electrolux Professional.
A typical day at work

Here, you will have the opportunity to work with the customer throughout the value chain - from booking meetings with our customers to repairing new environmentally friendly machines and performing preventive maintenance. There will be some heavy lifting and tight spaces, so good physical fitness is required.

Education and experience
Electrical knowledge at the high school level is desirable; it is a merit if you hold Authorization B (BB1 qualification) and have the knowledge and experience to read electrical diagrams.
Experience with machine installations, maintenance, or troubleshooting is also meritorious, as well as competence and/or experience in plumbing.
A day in the role of Electrolux Professional Service Technician in Laundry Service.
As a service technician in laundry service, you will have a varied and independent workday where you combine technical knowledge with customer contact and problem-solving. You are the one who ensures that laundries function as they should — safely, efficiently, and without interruption.
The day often starts with you planning and booking the day's assignments, reviewing incoming error reports, and ensuring that you have the right tools and spare parts with you. If necessary, you pick up keys or access and contact the customer to confirm times.
On-site in the laundry, you work with troubleshooting, repair, and preventive service on machines such as washing machines, tumble dryers, drying cabinets, and mangles. You analyze faults, address problems, and document status so that the customer has a clear picture of what has been done.
If something is missing to resolve the case immediately, you order spare parts through our systems and ensure that the assignment is followed up. You also have an important advisory role where you offer service agreements and recommend the right detergent or dosage to optimize operation and reduce wear.
When the work is done, you follow up with the customer, show what has been addressed, and ensure that everything works as it should. You then close the case in our portals and internal systems, so that both the customer and colleagues have full transparency.
You leave the laundry in order and ensure that the customer feels secure with both the result and the service.
We consider it a given that you have
- Basic IT skills
- Driver's license B
- Swedish in speech and writing as well as English in speech
- High work ethic
